Ribe Pakhus welcomes guests for St. Martin’s Eve on November 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The evening features a three-course menu made with local and organic ingredients, accompanied by music from fiddler Søren.
Menu
Starter: Cured organic trout from Vejle Ådahl with grilled radicchio and rye bread crisps.
Main course: Duck breast from organic ducks raised by local farmer Anders Stenger, served with organic potatoes, roasted shallots, cabbage salad and duck gravy.
Dessert: Homemade apple pie with freshly made vanilla ice cream.
Children’s menu
Two fish fillets with French fries, remoulade and lemon, followed by vanilla ice cream with crumbled cookie.
Vegetarian option and tickets
A vegetarian menu chosen by the chef can be ordered after purchasing a ticket. Notify the kitchen by phone or email no later than four days before the event. If you would like to sit together, please buy your tickets together. The price listed on the event page is DKK 350.
