Our dishes are carefully composed to highlight the best flavours and fantastic ingredients. We strive to select our suppliers carefully, based on our core values concerning the social issues and local products.

Ribe Pakhus is also a cultural and performance venue, where we host a wide range of events, including concerts and talks, often in collaboration with local music associations. We have preserved the historic charm of the old warehouse, while adding a fresh sense of new life and energy.
