The exhibition is a classic and rare survey of the last 65 years of art history, focusing on the extensive exchange of ideas and expression across Danish and international art.
Look forward to amazing art works
The exhibition is based on a period when classical painting and the ideal of the artistic genius were challenged. In the 1960s, art was conceptualised and politicised, and visitors can look forward to a well-timed encounter with styles such as Pop Art, Noveau réalisme and Fluxus.
You can look forward to works by Andy Warhol, Per Kirkeby, Robert Rauschenberg, Jenny Holzer, Olafur Eliasson and Sif Itona Westerberg, among others.
The ARoS Collection is a permanent exhibition at ARoS.
