The Odder Treasure Hunt

Odder calls out for all treasure hunters! Enjoy a fun treasure hunt in this charming town, answer the questions, and receive a free medal as proof of your achievement.

On an adventure in Denmark’s largest village

The Odder Treasure Hunt is a delightful family activity that offers the chance to explore the beautiful market town in a fun, educational, and safe way. With a treasure map in hand, you'll be guided along a 4-kilometer route through the town center, solving tasks and answering questions along the way.

Everyone will learn a bit about the town, while the kids have a great experience, get plenty of fresh air, and earn a beautiful medal to wear around their necks.

We even believe you'll be surprised at how many little stories are waiting to be discovered beneath the surface.

How to Do the Treasure Hunt

It's super easy to embark on the treasure hunt. Just follow these steps to receive your medal:

1: Grab a free copy of the treasure map at Mosters Café on the town square. There are plenty of free parking spots nearby. You can also print the map at home.
2: Find all the points on the treasure map and solve the tasks.
3: Submit the completed map to the friendly staff at Mosters Café.
4: Receive the custom-made medal as a souvenir of the day.
5: We'd love to see how your adventure went! Use #oddertreasurehunt and @kystlandet on Instagram, and we might share your story.

If the children are up for more adventure, we also have six other treasure hunts that are just as fun! Take the ferry to the islands of Tunø, Hjarnø, or Endelave, hunt for treasures in Denmark's cosiest harbour town Juelsminde, hunt for trolls in Brædstrup, or embark on an adventure in the cultural city of Horsens.
